mile wu then another easy pace run but today was medium mileage instead of low. I felt way good on the wu so I had no doubt in my mind that the rest of the run was going to be great! Except it wasn't at all, first 2 miles I was just hanging on to the the rest of the group  to stay on pace  and when I had to run back by myself it got really rough. My mental game definitely wasn't there today. First 2 miles were on pace 3rd mile I fell off a little bit and then last mile I got back on. This may sound super weird but one of the things that helped me the most to get back on pace that last mile was visualizing some of the girls all running next to me and I just imagined sticking with them and it really helped me relax and focus on something besides how tired I was. Anyways I got back did weights 4, abs, and hips. Once again I'm very grateful for the push-ups I've been doing because push-up rows weren't nearly as bad as they normally are. Also talked goals with Jamie and I'm pretty pumped for this season!
